Rubber Roof
We use Firestone rubber membrane, its single ply, very durable and comes with a warranty of 20 years and with a life expectancy of 50 years. In most cases we use a one piece seamless sheet applied using adhesive so no flame required!. This system leaves your roof maintenance free.
Fiberglass
We use Cure It GRP flat roof system which is made up of resins, fiberglass matting and a top coat which comes in different colors.
This system is very hard wearing and seamless once complete and ideal for roofs which have lanterns and box gutters. These roofs come with a warranty for 20 years and life expectancy of 50 years.
Sarnafil/Sika
This type of roofing application is more suited to the commercial sector.
The material is a single ply multilayered synthetic sheet which is adhered to the roof and heat welded on the seams, no naked flames!
The life expectancy for this roof is 40 years..
